Does coloring need an internet connection?
No. The included drawings, tools, music, and world animations work offline.
Where are our drawings saved?
Drawings and preferences stay in the app’s local storage on your device. They aren’t uploaded to a Mossberry Play account or synced between devices. Your device’s own backup system may include app data.
Can I change the music or coloring assistance?
Open Grown-ups from the home screen and complete the parent gate. Settings include age-based assistance, keep-inside coloring, music, sound effects, and reduced motion.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local drawings and settings. A device backup may retain a separate copy, depending on your platform and settings.
Can I request deletion of a support email?
Yes. Contact us from the address you used, and ask us to delete your support correspondence. See our privacy policy for more information.
