Little Hue is an offline coloring app
The app does not require an account. We do not ask children for their name, email address, location, or date of birth. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, social sharing, or third-party analytics integration.
Drawings, selected age-based assistance, and preferences are stored locally on the device. The selected age band changes coloring assistance; it is not sent to us. Included artwork, audio, and animations are bundled with the app.
Your device and backups
Local drawings and settings can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Your operating system may include app data in device backups. Backup restoration and deletion are managed through your device or cloud-backup provider. App stores and operating systems may separately process download, purchase, or diagnostic information under their own policies.
This website
The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, newsletter forms, or account registration. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Our hosting and domain providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Their infrastructure processing is separate from the offline coloring app.
If a grown-up contacts us
When you email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request and troubleshoot problems. Email is processed by our email-forwarding and inbox providers. Please avoid including personal information about children.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, follow up, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us from the same email address. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Children’s information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Little Hue. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, please contact us so we can review and remove it.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process website requests or support email to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
